Product Overview

The IG541 mixed gas automatic fire extinguishing system is a clean, environmentally responsible solution for total-flooding fire protection. The IG541 extinguishing agent is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and non-conductive pure "green" compressed gas composed of naturally occurring atmospheric gases: nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide.

The system suppresses fire primarily by reducing the oxygen concentration in the protected space to below 15%, a level that cannot support combustion. It is suitable for total-flooding applications against Class A surface fires, Class B flammable liquid fires, and live electrical equipment fires in enclosed spaces. Two configurations are available: combined distribution systems and unit independent systems.
